and the verdict is...
My "cronuts sold like hotcakes..." were the exact words I heard when I asked how my cronuts went on their inaugural debut at the Adelaide Central Market, Stall 66 - Providore opposite Lucia's. It looks like I will be getting another order for next Friday so I have my fingers crossed that this is the start of bigger things for Andy's Organic Market.
Oh and don't forget the Fullarton Markets are on next Saturday, the 27th of September at the Fullarton Park Community Centre on the corner of Fisher St and Fullarton Road, Fullarton, South Australia from 09:00am - 01:00pm.
